Pre/Postnatal Yoga Offerings

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga is a yoga class centered around the mama in preparation for her upcoming labor and delivery. Classes consist of pregnancy friendly poses and modifications, breath work, mediation, and labor training exercises. These classes are helpful in encouraging mama to be in tune with her body to help her listen to what movements or positions her body requires during labor. 

Postnatal Yoga

Postnatal Yoga is a gentle class centered around recovering postpartum. Class will consist of gentle stretches and strengthening exercises to help the mama feel stronger and more supported in her day to day activities. This class is recommended 6-8 weeks postpartum or after a doctor clears mama for physical activity.

Baby Yoga & Developmental Movement

Baby Yoga is a 30 min class centered entirely around Baby! Class consists of gentle movements and games for baby that will help bring awareness to different parts of their body and different ways they can move! (Ages 6 weeks -- Pre-Walkers)

Mommy & Me Yoga

In this yoga class Mommy and Baby can move together! Class will be a combination of some yoga for Baby and some Yoga for Mama while holding and playing with Baby. This class will have simple sequences so Mama and Baby can focus on each other! (This class is best suitable for babies ages 6 weeks -- Pre-Crawlers)
